Which plan includes content and sales work?▾
Every plan includes the same six departments, including Marketing and Sales, with the same AI and workflows. Choose by how many businesses you run and how much monthly work each needs.
Do I need Stripe or Shopify to use Nami?▾
No. Start with your business brief and the numbers you log. Connecting Stripe or Shopify adds live data to reports. Stripe subscription recovery and win-back workflows need Stripe connected.
What's a credit?▾
Your plan includes a monthly work allowance, tracked as credits. Different workflows use different amounts. There is no automatic per-task bill; your billing page shows the allowance remaining.
What if I run low?▾
Choose a 100-credit top-up for $20 or move to a bigger plan. Top-ups are optional purchases; Nami does not automatically charge an overage.
Are credits shared across my businesses?▾
No — every business gets its own full monthly allowance, so your businesses never compete for credits. Pro grants 1,000 credits per month to each active business, up to 3 businesses. Scale grants 3,000 to each active business, up to 5.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Change or cancel your plan in the Stripe billing portal from inside the app — Stripe prorates the difference. No lock-in.
What if the AI is briefly unavailable?▾
On the rare occasion Nami's AI brain is offline, you get a clearly-labeled sample showing the shape of the work instead of an error — and you're never charged a credit for it. Your real work runs the moment it's back.
Does approving a draft send or publish it?▾
Accepting a draft marks it ready to use. You choose when to send or publish it. Copy approved email drafts into your own inbox to send. One-click Gmail sending requires access enabled on your account. Nothing is sent, posted, or spent without your approval.
Is my business data private?▾
Yes. Each account is isolated, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it. See our Privacy page for the full list of trusted services we use (like Stripe and Anthropic).
How do I activate my team?▾
Choose a monthly plan to activate your workspace and all six AI departments. You can change or cancel your plan in the app.
