What's a credit?▾
Credits fund your team's work — each task uses a small amount from your monthly pool, and a typical week uses only a fraction. They're a fair-use cap, not a meter you watch: there's no per-task billing, and your only charge is your flat monthly price.
What if I run low?▾
Top up 100 credits for $20 any time from the billing page, or move to a bigger plan. Your only charge is your flat monthly price — no surprise per-task billing — and your billing page shows exactly where your credits went.
Are credits shared across my businesses?▾
No — every business gets its own full monthly allowance, so your businesses never compete for credits. Pro gives each of up to 3 businesses 1,000 credits a month (3,000 total); Scale gives each of up to 5 businesses 3,000 (15,000 total). Run a busy store and a side project side by side without one starving the other.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Change or cancel your plan in the Stripe billing portal from inside the app — Stripe prorates the difference. No lock-in.
What if the AI is briefly unavailable?▾
On the rare occasion Nami's AI brain is offline, you get a clearly-labeled sample showing the shape of the work instead of an error — and you're never charged a credit for it. Your real work runs the moment it's back.
Does it post or send things on its own?▾
Never. Nami prepares the work; you approve before anything is sent, posted, or spent. You stay in control.
Is my business data private?▾
Yes. Each account is isolated, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it. See our Privacy page for the full list of trusted services we use (like Stripe and Anthropic).
Do I need to pay to start?▾
